2024 — presentBuilt ETL pipelines that transform HL7v2 messages into FHIR via Mirth Connect, connecting and processing clinical data across the hospital's systems. Designed and built a full-stack ETL application integrating FHIR-based datasets (HAPI FHIR server) into REDCap (Reasearch Electronic Data Capture), Python/FastAPI backend, async FHIR and REDCap API access via aiohttp, MongoDB/Beanie for configurable mapping tables, Keycloak (OAuth 2.0/JWT) securing the API behind an Nginx reverse proxy with SSL termination, all containerized with Docker Compose and shipped through a GitLab CI/CD pipeline with automated tests and linting.
Development of a native iOS App for patients with parkinsons disease in SwiftUI and SwiftData. UI Components built with accessibility in mind, and regular user tests.
